RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchange terms below:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment, excluding shipping costs.
